They are all furnished ones, equipped of dish, accessories and endowed with angle cooking; every apartment, besides the rooms,  is completed by external spaces  (small terraces e/o porch-courtyards).

- 2-rooms-apartment no air conditioned, furnished of fan however, (ample around 50/55 mqs. around) 
 
- 3-rooms-apartment with air conditioned in livingroom (ample around 55/65 mqs around), 
 
Apartments from 3/6 places bed max. Situated to the ground floor (with porch e/o courtyard) or to the first floor (with small terrace, balcony and access from staircase to snail). You disposition of the rooms foresees a living with angle cooking (self catering) and bunks, bed room/e, bath shower (curtain) and you space external.  
 

POLICY OF LEASE

     You can book  by postal money or bank (account of 30% of the total one) before  option telephone call or mail .The balance  of the stay and the payment of a deposit,  will be paid on your arrival. 

    In case of cancelled in the preceding period the thirty days before the arrival, it is returned - on application - halves the account to the clean expenses, or the period of stay can always be changed in the same season, previous rinegoziazione of rates and quotas of account. In case of cancelled reached between 30 and the 7 days before the reserved arrival, the versed account he loses. In case of cancelled reached in the preceding week the arrival, a penale del is applied 30%.
